2006年的3月…
李安以『斷背山』的同志題材的電影，獲得奧斯卡金像獎最佳導演，讓我開始注意這位導演的作品…
慢慢地…翻開他所有的影片時，也逐漸發現他內心深處是否想表達某種心情，藉由電影一部一部的表現出來。
1993年的喜宴，開始輕淡描寫在當時年代櫃子裡的情感，世俗的角度及親情愛情的表達，不外乎深刻述說出同志的無耐及感受。
在劇中男主角與中國傳統父親的對手親情戲，觸動了每個人心中不敢坦白的一面。
2006年，奧斯卡充滿了牛仔風潮…一部以同志題材的斷背山油然而生。
這部描寫1963年的夏天在懷俄明州的斷背山二位主角的相遇，進而相知相惜，然而在週遭的流言蜚語強烈的壓力下，
他們不得不屈服於當時保守的環境，但仍然建立了永世不朽的情誼。
在將近20年的光陰中，兩人從相識、分離、到各自婚娶；這段刻骨銘心、令人動容的珍貴情感，一直讓人難以忘懷，也讓所有人流下眼淚…

曾經問過喜愛李安的同志好友，為什麼李安可以如此細膩表達出同志的內心世界，他們的回答：「其實每個人心中都有座斷背山…」，
