交通搭乘如下：
1.定點接送憑票券可免費至「國父紀念館」忠孝東路出口搭乘接送。
   搭乘時間於9/19日下午13:00一班車及15:00一班車
2.搭乘前往東北角各景點的國光客運，搭乘台北往返羅東的濱海線班車，於龍洞四季灣站下車。
3.公車—１、由台北地區或基隆地區搭搭乘經北濱公路往羅東方向及蘇澳方向的客運於龍洞四季灣站下車。
4.火車—１、搭乘往花蓮方向的北迴鐵路，於福隆車站下轉搭基隆客運１５分鐘至龍洞四季灣。

自行開車者：從台北出發-約40分鐘車程
●國道一號北上，下暖暖瑞芳交流道，經台６２線快速道路經瑞濱公路~接台２線濱海公路~進東北角國家風景區龍洞四季灣。

●國道三號接國道五號（往宜蘭），下頭城交流道，北轉台２線，接台２線濱海公路進東北角國家風景區龍洞四季灣。

●從基隆出發，沿著台２線濱海公路至龍洞四季灣。
